The key to a happy, well-adjusted dog is adequate exercise. At Pets Training and Boarding, this attention to our client’s happiness is taken very seriously. Dogs are exercised daily in a fun and interesting environment. The large grassed exercise run provides ample room to play and bound. The expert staff members also match dogs according to their personalities so that they have a special playmate(s) to explore and play alongside.

Trained staff members continuously monitor all dogs during interactions and play sessions. There is also a large swimming lake that dogs can enjoy during their stay. This is a big hit with the dogs that enjoy endless hours of frolicking in the water during playtime in the warmer months.

All dog-runs are securely fenced and supervised. Dogs are exercised during one-hour sessions in the morning and afternoon. Toys are also provided to keep the dogs entertained while they are in their spacious kennel area. Enquire on Dog Boarding

We greatly value the well-being and health of all dogs at Pets Training and Boarding. That’s why a qualified veterinarian is on call 24 hours a day, seven days a week. If your pet does become ill during their stay, a vet will be on site immediately.

DOG TRAINING

If you choose to have your dog trained during their stay they will enjoy ample entertainment. Dogs thrive on learning and thoroughly enjoy the fun training sessions. No dog is too old to learn new talents or work on bad habits. From behavioural issues such as excessive barking, aggression, inter-dog aggression and anxiety, to training problems such as digging, jumping, pulling on the lead and basic recall. At Pets Training and Boarding your dog’s behavioural and training issues can become a thing of the past. There is no problem too big, or too small, for the expert dog handlers.

We at Pets Training and Boarding, can also guard-train your dog for personal protection work. Paired up with a handler, your dog will learn to master all basic commands and the level of training you wish. It will take around one hour for your specially paired dog handler to take you through the steps and hand-signals you need to know to get the best from your dog on your return. All work is guaranteed, providing customers continue to use the training methods at home. At Pets Training and Boarding, we do not use harsh methods to train any of the dogs and firmly believe that praise and encouragement-based training is the only way to have your dog correctly respond.
