1980-1990
Our Founders
Starting with a handful of dogs and a lot of heart, Owners, Fred and Luana grew PETS into a one-stop destination for families across NSW seeking more than just training. We pioneered the lifetime training guarantee and built a community based on trust, integrity, and results.

The Beginning
PETS Training & Boarding started in the early 2000s with Fred and Luana Osmani’s passion for animals and their belief that every pet deserved more than just obedience training. With only a handful of dogs and a small facility, they set out to create a place where families could find reliable support, expert training, and genuine care for their pets. Their focus on compassion, understanding, and positive results quickly built trust with local pet owners and laid the foundation for what PETS would become.

The Growth
PETS has grown into one of the most recognised names in pet care across NSW. Over the years, the business expanded its services to include puppy-pre-school, advanced bbedience & behavioural programs, doggy-day care, luxury boarding, and professional grooming, while maintaining its family values at the heart of everything it does. PETS continues to evolve, offering modern care and training solutions while staying true to the vision Fred and Luana began more than 45 years ago.

Fred leads our training programs using proven, praise-based techniques tailored to every dog’s unique temperament.
Luana specialises in behavioural transformation through positive reinforcement, guiding both pets and owners toward long-term success.
Ayden supports daily training and care operations, ensuring each pet receives consistent, safe, and enriching experiences during their stay.

Would I use this service again hell yes. Honest, reliable and great. Shit happens but honestly over all a great boarding kennel with some amazing services that I will definitely use in the future. They have some great handlers and trainers and plenty of them.

Extremely good experience with Pets Training & Boarding. We sent our 6 month old puppy for the 8-day behavioural course as her general behaviour was testing us a lot at home. It is very evident that the trainers have put in a lot of effort to correct her behaviour and train her. Thanks so much! Highly recommend it.
